This demo bike has received meticulous care and maintenance, boasting an odometer reading of less than 200km. 

Starting again from zero looked like a fair way to update our enduro platform. A bike that’s ready for big mountain adventures, yet it’s absolutely ground shaking when full face helmets are on. Meet the all new BURN.

Developed to give it all. Our surface-to-air enduro missile stands for ultimate stiffness and robustness. With double row EnduroMAX bearings and high strength Toray carbon, the all new BURN is as solid as nimble.

UNNO offers a warranty period, for the manufacturing defect of its frames, of 5 years, and for the painting of its 2 year, counted from the date of payment. This warranty will only be valid for the original purchaser of the product, who must provide a copy of the purchase invoice.

This warranty is fully compatible with the warranties offered by the distributors of the components that we assemble on our bicycles.

    4 years of development. 3 prototypes. Endless hours of testing. And not only in the woods. Each one of our internal test machines has been designed by us.

    We use high strength carbon to manufacture our frames.

    We use double row EnduroMAX technology for our 7mm bearings. They last longer and support radial and axial forces, which provide a stiffer and stronger sensation on the bike.

PIONEERS IN GEOMETRIES

Since it's the first time we do sizes at Unno, we wanted to make them properly. Choose between reach-based sizes: S1, S2 and S3. Watch out! At 35% recommended SAG, geometries become longer, lower and slacker than others! Ask us if you're in doubt.

PROUD TO BE DISRUPTIVE

Integration was not a simple exercise. We spent our time looking for the gnarliest of our attitudes inside. We travelled to the most challenging tracks. We rode hundreds of bikes. We looked for new kinematics. New looks. New everything. We cut the cord to traditional bike design to develop from zero our long travel ripper. Et voilà. After 4 long years, a new design language was born.

    Integration stands for a cleaner design. Our own seat tube clamp is integrated inside the carbon. And yes, we struggled our brains to give it a proper name.

  • INTEGRATED CHAIN GUIDE

    Damn pedal it hard like there is no tomorrow. We minimise chain drops with an integrated chainring guide.

  • CLEAN ROUTING

    A fresher, less messy internal cable routing. All carbon guided inside for a simple and fast bike-issue solving.

WELL WORTH THE COST: WE USE RECYCLED PLASTIC

At Unno we teamed up with Oceanworks, the global sourcing engine for responsible plastic. We developed all resin parts of the frame with recycled fishing nets from the oceans. Our small grain of sand for a better world.

    Both Unno and Oceanworks confirm the high performance by testing our products independently. We send our products to globally recognised third party labs who ensure the strength of all our frames.

  • OUR LITTLE CONTRIBUTION TO A BETTER WORLD

    Each BURN contains 201g of recycled plastic. All the PA+GF15% parts come from Oceanworks recycled materials, and an 80% of it come straight from the ocean, mainly from the nearshores. The TPU parts are also from recycled sources.

THE 35% SAG MAGIC: WELCOME TO UNNO KINEMATICS

Written and directed by the ones who only think about one thing: sending it all year long. At 35% recommended SAG, our virtual pivot link is specially created to seize every single millimetre of the 160 available. Use air or coil shocks at your own taste!

  • PROGRESSION CURVES ARE #ONFIRE

    We have used a high ratio progression from O to the SAG point to have a very sensitive and compliant suspension. From the SAG onwards, there is enough progression to use a coil shock, or to avoid harsh bottom outs while still being able to take advantage of the 160mm of travel.

  • OPTIMISED ANTISQUAT

    The BURN was designed around a virtual pivot platform, which translates into a better control of all kinematics indicators. The Antisquat values sit around 120% and 90% between recommended sag points. This ensures a smooth pedalling and an overall suspension system efficiency.
